Was ist die Aufgabe des Vereins-Kassiers. Er sollte ein Vetorecht innehaben. Dies deshalb, wenn es zu Begehrlichkeiten innerhalb und außerhalb des Vereines, der NGO/NPO kommen sollte. Er muss absolut imun gegen Korruption sein. Innerhalb der NADEUM-Struktur gibt es ohne Anträge und den daraus resultierenden Beschlüssen, keine Auszahlungen Vereinsmitglieder wie an Dritte. (Unter Dritte versteht man, Vereinsexterne Institutionen aller Art und Personen.)
