Es wurde dazu ein Neuer Punkt (4.) zu der Statute §1 ergänzend geschrieben.

Der Grund ist der, dass jede Gruppe egal wie sie benannt wird eine eigenständige Finanzierung benötigt und für diese eigenverantwortlich haftet.
The reason for this is that each group, regardless of how it is named, requires its own funding and is liable for this on its own responsibility.
Wenn sie in verschiedenen Ländern / Kontinenten / gegründet werden und daher anderen Gesetzen unterliegen, können sie so wesentlich freier entscheiden und auch eigenverantwortlicher handeln.
If they are founded in different countries / continents / and are therefore subject to different laws, they can decide much more freely and also act more independently.
