STATUTEN sind Grundsatzregeln die einem Verein oder seinen Zweigstellen – Niederlassungen es ermöglicht ein geordnetes Vereinsleben zu ermöglichen. Sie sind zu handhaben wie die Gesetze eines Staates. ACHTUNG: Sämtliche neuen Projekte in Sierra Leone sind vom Vorstand, bestehend aus dem Präsidenten, dem Vice Präsidenten und dem Schrifführer mehrheitlich zu beschließen.
Dazu bedarf es Anträge die sachbezogen und genau beschrieben sind, sodass der “NADEUM – Sierra Leone – AFRIKA” Zweigstellen Vorstand nach besten Wissen und Gewissen in einer Diskussion über das Für und Wieder mittels eines Beschlusses entscheiden kann, ob diesem Antrag stattgegegben wird und die jeweilige Antragsforderung umgesetzt werden kann. Jeder Antrag ist verpflichtend vom Vorstand anzunehmen. Jeder Antrag ist zeitgerecht abzuhandeln.
Sollte es mehrere aktive Mitglieder in der Zweigstelle geben, sind die Anträge vom Vorstand der “Generalversammlung” bekannt zu geben. Fordern die “NADEUM – Sierra Leone – AFRIKA” Zweigstellen Mitglieder das Recht ein, den oder die Anträge mitbestimmen zu wollen, sind sämtliche Mitglieder verpflichtet sich der Anträge anzunehemen und in einer demokratischen Diskussion sich diesem Thema zu stellen um je nach Ausgang der Diskussion eine Abstimmung abzuhalten. Bei Grundsätzlichen Änderungen in der Zweigstelle (Statutenänderungen/ Finanzielle Herausforderungen) ist eine 2/3 Mehrheit erforderlich. Ansonsten genügt die einfache Mehrheit.
Die Statuten für die “”NADEUM – Sierra Leone – AFRIKA” Zweigstelle liegt ab dem 01. November 2023 in der Verantwortung des Präsidenten “Herr Royal Peace Ambassador – Amodu Amugili Koroma” sowie seinem Vorstand. Die jeweilige Legistlaturperiode ist mit maximal 5 Jahren seitens der Zentrale in Wien festgelegt. Jedoch kann der Vorstand wieder gewählt werden. Es obbliegt den Mitgliedern wer ihr Vertrauen hat. Der Vorstand ist den Statuten gemäß in einer jährlichen Genaralversammlung in Bezug seiner Tätigkeiten positiv zu entlasten. Dies bedeutet, dass die Geldgebahrungen stimmig sind, dass der Vorstand den Mitgliedern ein Vorbild und sich aktiv eingesetzt hatte.
Er vertritt NADEUM bis auf das Weitere in AFRIKA. Er kann solange er die NADEUM STATUTEN beachtet eigenständig handeln und walten. Er ist sich und der Zweigstelle in Sierra Leone selbst verantwortlich. Auch was das finanzielle obliegt, ist er eigenverantwortlich und haftet für sämtliche Geld-Gebahrungen. Er kann eigenständig Sponsoren rekrutieren. Er kann dieses Geld für seine Projekte vor Ort verwenden.
Sämtliche Projekte in Afrika sind der ZENTRALE in Wien zu melden. Sollte die Jahres Geldgebahrungen mehr als € 10.000,00 ausmachen sind 7% von der Gesamtsumme an die Zentrale in Wien zu überweisen / abzuführen.
Der Präsident hat das Recht bei der Generalversammlung der Zentrale in Wien per Video – Chat dabei sein zu können. Seine Aufgabe ist es Bericht zu erstatten wie die Zweigstelle in Sierra Leona ihrem Auftrag nachkommt und was sie gemacht hatte oder im nächsten Jahr vorhat.

STATUTES are rules of principle which enable an association or its branches to lead an orderly association life. They are to be applied like the laws of a state. ATTENTION: All new projects in Sierra Leone must be approved by a majority vote of the Executive Committee, consisting of the President, the Vice-President and the Secretary.
This requires motions that are relevant and precisely described, so that the “NADEUM – Sierra Leone – AFRICA” Branch Board can decide to the best of its knowledge and belief in a discussion about the pros and cons by means of a resolution whether this motion can be granted and the respective motion request can be implemented. Each motion must be accepted by the Executive Committee. Each motion shall be dealt with in a timely manner.
If there are several active members in the Branch, the motions shall be announced by the Executive Committee to the “General Assembly”.
If the “NADEUM – Sierra Leone – AFRICA” Branch Members demand the right to co-determine the motion(s), all members are obliged to take up the motion(s) and to face the issue in a democratic discussion in order to hold a vote depending on the outcome of the discussion. In the case of fundamental changes in the branch (changes to the statutes/financial challenges), a 2/3 majority is required. Otherwise a simple majority is sufficient.
The statutes for the “NADEUM -Sierra Leone – AFRICA” Branch are the responsibility of the President “Mr. Royal Peace Ambassador – Amodu Amugili Koroma” and his Board of Directors from 01 November 2023. The respective term of office is fixed with a maximum of 5 years by the head office in Vienna. However, the Board can be re-elected. It is up to the members to decide who they trust. According to the statutes, the Executive Board is to be positively discharged with regard to its activities at an annual General Assembly. This means that the financial statements are correct, that the Board has set an example to the members and that it has been actively engaged.
He represents NADEUM in AFRICA until further notice. He can act and act independently as long as he respects the NADEUM STATUTES. He is responsible for himself and the branch in Sierra Leone. He is also responsible for his own finances and is liable for all money he receives. He can recruit sponsors independently. He can use this money for his projects on site.
All projects in Africa are to be reported to the Head Office in Vienna. If the annual donations exceed € 10,000.00, 7% of the total amount must be transferred to the Head Office in Vienna.
The President has the right to be present at the General Assembly of the Head Office in Vienna via video chat. His task is to report on how the Sierra Leone branch is fulfilling its mission and what it has done or plans to do in the coming year.
