Die deutsche Version:
REGELN innerhalb wie außerhalb von NADEUM, unterliegen der DSGVO und den Vereins eigenen Statuten. (Datenschutzgesetzverordnung) 2018 (EU-Recht), DSG, DSGVO (2023 und zukünftige Verordnungen)
Die Regeln sind bindend. Bei Kenntnisnahme des Regelblattes, der NADEUM Statuten und des Mitgliedsantrags – Formulars bitten wir „DICH“, als Neues „NADEUM Mitglied“ dies alles nach besten Wissen und Gewissen einzuhalten und zu beachten.
Achtung:
Sollte uns bekannt gegeben werden oder wir selbst in Erfahrung bringen, dass “DU” uns, durch dein Verhalten, unseren außerordentlichen guten Ruf beschädigst hattest, werden wir bemüht sein, dir die Situation zu erklären und dir die Möglichkeit gewähren, innerhalb eines halben Jahres, diese schwerwiegende Situation aktiv selbst zu verbessern. (§§ 10 Ausschlussbestimmungen)
Nach Ablauf dieser Zeit gibt es zwei Möglichkeiten:
- Du hast verstanden, wie wichtig es ist, dass du unsere Regeln und Visionen bestmöglich zu vertreten hättest und du versuchst weiterhin ein motiviertes NADEUM Mitglied zu sein.
- Leider scheint es dir nicht wichtig zu sein, Teil unserer Idee zu sein. Du hast dich nicht geändert. Somit wirst du aus dem Verein ausgeschlossen.
- Einen Einspruch deiner Seite gewähren wir hiermit nicht. (Ein halbes Jahr Mediation wurde bereits gewährt.) Auch wenn laut unserer derzeitigen österreichischen Regeln ein Schiedsgericht in Österreich möglich wäre, ist eine Berufung deinerseits nicht mehr möglich.
- Das Schiedsgericht, dass unter den NADEUM – Statuten §§ 10 Ausschlussbestimmungen und §§19 Schiedsgericht gewährt werden könnte, wird nicht gewährt.
The English version:
REGULATIONS inside as well as outside NADEUM, are subject to the DSGVO and the association’s own statutes. (Data Protection Act Regulation) 2018 (EU law), DSG, DSGVO (2023 and future regulations).
The rules are binding. By taking note of the rule sheet, the NADEUM statutes and the membership application form, we ask “YOU”, as a new “NADEUM member” to comply with and observe all this to the best of your knowledge and belief.
Attention:
Should it be made known to us or should we ourselves come to know that “YOU” have damaged our extraordinarily good reputation through your behaviour, we will endeavour to explain the situation to you and give you the opportunity to actively improve this serious situation yourself within half a year. (§§ Exclusion provisions)
After this period there are two possibilities:
- You have understood how important it is for you to represent our rules and visions to the best of your ability and you continue to try to be a motivated NADEUM member.
- Unfortunately, you don’t seem to care about being part of our idea. You have not changed. Therefore, you will be expelled from the association.
we do not grant an appeal from your side. (Half a year of meditation has already been granted.) - Even if according to our current Austrian rules an arbitration court in Austria would be possible, an appeal on your part is no longer possible.
- The arbitration that could be granted under the NADEUM “statutes §§10” exclusion provisions and “§§19 arbitration” is not granted.
