In In WEST-AFRIKA wird dies der Vorstandsvorsitzende “Herr Amodu Amugili Koroma aus SIERRA – LEONE” sein.
In OST-AFRIKA wird dies der CEO “Herr Denis Cheruiyot Mitei aus Kenia” sein.
Ihre Aufgabe ist es, ACAPMUSSCMYC in allen afrikanischen Staaten bekannt zu machen. Es ist zu beachten, dass wenn alle Staaten ACAPMUSSCMYC übernehmen, dies ein langfristiges Projekt ist.
Was ACAPMUSSCMYC erreichen soll:
Wenn die Staaten und ihre Regierenden den Mut und die Weitsicht haben, dies mit bilateralen Staatsverträgen zum Leben zu erwecken, werden sie allen Afrikanern und Afrikanerinnen eine Vollzeitbeschäftigung ermöglichen. Das ist ein Entwicklungsprojekt ersten Ranges. Afrika kann dieses Projekt aus eigener Kraft stemmen. Was erfordert dieses Projekt?
Die gesamte afrikanische Infrastruktur und Logistik wird nachhaltig und zukunftsfähig erneuert und aufgebaut.
Das gesamte Wissen aller Afrikaner und Afrikanerinnen wird durch die Erneuerung aller Schulen, die sich in Campus manifestieren, erneuert und vereinheitlicht, wobei natürlich jeder Campus seinen Lernenden über den Standard hinaus noch mehr Wissen vermitteln kann.
Es sollen 7 Ebenen des Bewusstwerdens und Lernens aufgebaut werden. Was bewirkt dieses Projekt.
Afrika hat es in der Hand, in 40 bis 80 Jahren der Staat der Zukunft zu sein, der es schon lange sein will. Die AU kann es jetzt schon aus eigener Kraft schaffen. Voraussetzung ist, dass der Korruption kein Raum gegeben wird.
