An alle Afrika-Interessierten: ACAPMUSSCYC ist ein langfristiges Projekt. Seine Entwicklung erfordert folgende Schritte:
Erstens, alle Afrikanerinnen und Afrikaner davon zu überzeugen, dass sie dieses Projekt selbst, eigenständig und in eigener Verantwortung umsetzen müssen. Wir von NADEUM sind überzeugt, dass AFRIKA das kann. Es braucht keine Einflüsterungen. AFRIKA war die Wiege der Menschheit und wird die Zukunft sein. Wir, das Team von NADEUM, wollen EUCH, Afrikanerinnen und Afrikaner, Mut machen, eure Zukunft selbst in die Hand zu nehmen.
1)
Ziel ist es in jedem afrikanischen Staat eine NADEUM Zweigstelle “MULTIPLIKATOREN/männlich wie weiblich” zu gründen.
2)
Ausloten der Möglichkeiten durch die Mitglieder der Zweigstellen, was wo machbar ist.
3)
Zusammenarbeit mit allen afrikanischen Gesellschaftsschichten.
4)
Nach der Erstellung eines ersten Konzeptes und der Zustimmung der höheren Ebenen gehen wir aktiv auf die AU zu.
5)
Jetzt kommt die intellektuelle Schwerstarbeit. Denn alle afrikanischen Staaten sollen an Bord geholt werden. (Nach Rücksprache mit den Interessenten wollen sie kein System alla Putin [Oligarchen] und kein System alla Xi-Yinping [totale Überwachung] Sie wollen ihren eigenen Weg gehen. [Es wird eine Mischung aus Demokratie und starker Führung sein. Es soll klare Richtlinien geben].

Wenn alle Diskussionen und Wünsche in Minikonzepten niedergeschrieben sind, kommt die nächste Verantwortungsebene an die Reihe.

Diplomatische Runden. Erstellung eines Masterplans. Wie wollen die Staaten ACAPMUSSCYC aufbauen und wer ist wofür verantwortlich. Dies erfordert solide zwischenstaatliche Verträge.
8)
Wenn geklärt und vertraglich festgelegt ist, wer was macht, kommt der ACAPMUSSCYC-Vertrag für alle AU-Mitgliedsstaaten, der dann für alle bindend ist.
Was soll dort vertraglich festgelegt werden?
Ein einheitliches Lern- und Prüfungsprogramm für alle Lernstufen.
Ein einheitliches Budget für jeweils 10 Jahre für alle 6 Entwicklungsstufen der Wissenserweiterung.
Ein Auftrag an alle Universitäten, sich aktiv zu beteiligen. Alle, die sich an dem Projekt beteiligen, sollen von der AU mit Forschungsaufträgen belohnt werden.
Alle Schulen, die Kinder und Jugendliche von 6 bis 18 Jahren betreuen, sind einzubeziehen. Auch hier sind die Lehrpläne zu vereinheitlichen.
Der semesterweise Austausch von Studierenden ist vertraglich verbindlich festzulegen. Was ist das Ziel: Jeder höher Ausgebildete erhält so die Möglichkeit, in einem anderen afrikanischen Land in seinem Wissensgebiet kostenlos andere Sichtweisen, andere Kulturen und neue Netzwerke aufzubauen. (Wirtschaftlich ein zukünftiger potentieller Netzwerker. Die zukünftige Wirtschaft braucht solche Fachkräfte. Oder selbständige Unternehmer).
Die Staaten müssen sich dieser Wissensplattform in allen geklärten Fragen unterordnen.
Es darf nicht vergessen werden, dass die gesamte Logistik in Afrika eigenverantwortlich geplant, entwickelt, gebaut und fertiggestellt werden muss. Absolut inländische bzw. innerkontinentale Wertschöpfung)

Bilaterale Verträge (Innerhalb der AU und ihren Mitgliedsstaaten)

Unionsverträge wie z.B. mit der EU (USEA) und deren ERASMUS+ oder zukünftige übergeordnete Wissensplattform.

Wissensverträge möglichst mit allen Unionen der Erde. Damit wäre sichergestellt, dass Notifizierungen obsolet werden. Welche Möglichkeiten gäbe es dann. Jeder, der in der zukünftigen Wirtschaft aktiv ist, kann, wenn die zwischenstaatlichen Probleme gelöst sind, weltweit überall arbeiten und sein erworbener Wissenswert wird entsprechend dem Wissensstand bewertet und bezahlt.

Wissen ist das Gold oder Platin der Zukunft, ohne Wissenszuwachs wird es keine Hochkulturen geben. Zivilisationen der Zukunft werden Friedensprojekte sein, denn Frieden bedeutet Sicherheit, bedeutet Fortschritt, bedeutet Wertsteigerung, bedeutet, dass ein sozial sicheres System für alle möglich ist. Die Jungen werden gefördert. Die Alten sind geschützt. Die Tätigen haben gesicherte Perspektiven.
To all those interested in Africa: ACAPMUSSCYC is a long-term project. Its development requires the following steps:

Nach der ersten Videokonferenz am 27. Januar 2024 kristallisierte sich in den Ergänzungen unserer afrikanischen Partner heraus, dass, wenn das Programm für alle Afrikaner und Afrikanerinnen Sinn machen soll, der gesamte Bildungssektor von der Kindheit bis zum Alter von 30 Jahren als ausgebildete Menschen (Studierende wie Fachkräfte) in allen Wissensgebieten erfolgversprechend sein wird.
After the first video conference on 27 January 2024, it emerged from the additions made by our African partners that if the programme is to make sense for all Africans, the entire education sector from childhood to the age of 30 will be promising as trained people (students and professionals) in all fields of knowledge.

2023 und wahrscheinlich auch in den Jahren danach wird die Völkerwanderung in Afrika massiv weitergehen. Kriege und gewalttätige Auseinandersetzungen in der gesamten Sahelzone, Klimakatastrophen aller Art, Überbevölkerung, Religionskriege, Machtzentren entstehen zum Vorteil einiger und zum Nachteil vieler. Europa, im Norden Afrikas gelegen, ist für viele ein begehrtes Ziel. Die kulturellen Unterschiede sind immens. Was Europa und auch die EU tun können, ist die Herausforderung unseres Jahrhunderts. Europa wird, wie wir es heute kennen, der Vergangenheit angehören. Wir werden ein Kontinent sein, der, wenn er die Stürme der massivsten Völkerwanderung überlebt, eine völlig andere Gesellschaftsstruktur haben wird. Wie auch immer die Zukunft aussehen mag, sie ist eine Herausforderung.
Wir von NADEUM und unsere Aktiven sind lösungsorientiert. Wir erkennen, dass trotz aller Kriege, die seit 2022 wieder massiv zunehmen, dies eher aus Hilflosigkeit und Angst vor fremden Einflüssen bei den jeweiligen Kontrahenten zu sehen ist. Würde man Wissenserweiterung und Friedensprozesse als deren Mittel betrachten, wäre die Menschheit insgesamt vielleicht nicht besser, aber zivilisatorisch um einige Intellektualitätsstufen weiter. Was wünschenswerter ist, sei dahingestellt.
Wir glauben, dass Frieden die bessere Option ist. Begleiten Sie uns aktiv in eine Zukunft, die durch positives Handeln zu Lösungen führt, von denen alle profitieren. Das Ziel ist der Weg. Wir Menschen sind neugierig. Lassen wir unsere Neugier auf Neues wirken und es wird zum Nutzen der gesamten Menschheit sein.
In 2023 and probably in the years thereafter, the massive migration of peoples in Africa will continue, with wars and violent conflicts throughout the Sahel region, climate catastrophes of all kinds, overpopulation, religious wars and centres of power emerging for the benefit of some and to the detriment of many. Europe, located in the north of Africa, is a coveted destination for many. The cultural differences are immense. What Europe and the EU can do is the challenge of our century. Europe as we know it today will be a thing of the past. We will be a continent that, if it survives the storms of the most massive migration of peoples, will have a completely different social structure. Whatever the future looks like, it will be a challenge.
We at NADEUM and our activists are solution-orientated. We recognise that despite all the wars, which have increased massively again since 2022, this is more likely to be due to helplessness and fear of foreign influences on the part of the respective opponents. If the expansion of knowledge and peace processes were seen as their means, humanity as a whole might not be any better, but it would be a few intellectual steps ahead in terms of civilisation. Which is more desirable remains to be seen.
We believe that peace is the better option. Join us actively in a future that leads to solutions that benefit everyone through positive action. The goal is the path. We humans are curious. Let our curiosity work towards something new and it will be for the benefit of all humanity.

2022
2022 So wollen wir das Erfolgsmodell “Erasmus” der Europäischen Union und ihrer 26 Mitgliedsstaaten in der Afrikanischen Union und ihren 54 (55 lt. AU) Mitgliedsstaaten unter dem Namen Acapmussc initiieren und umsetzen. Das ist ein sehr ambitionierter Weg, aber, wie wir glauben, ein sehr guter Weg in eine gemeinsame Zukunft.
Erasmus bedeutet:
Der Name des Programms entstand als Akronym von

Gegründet wurde es aufgrund der Initiative der italienischen Erziehungswissenschaftlerin Sofia Corradi durch den Beschluss 87/327/EWG des Rats der Europäischen Union am 15. Juni 1987.
Das Programm wird durch das Erasmus Student Network (ESN) ist eine nicht-kommerzielle internationale Studentenorganisation unterstütz und hilft allen Studenten vor Ort.

2019 – 2021
Im Jahr 2019 kann man sagen, dass einige Projekte innerhalb von NADEUM überdacht und auch auf Eis gelegt werden mussten. Die Idee, die Kurdinnen und Kurden mit ins Boot zu holen, scheiterte am Unwillen der Kurdinnen und Kurden selbst. Wir hatten Ideen, bei denen die verantwortlichen Kurdinnen und Kurden in Wien wohl eher glaubten, wir könnten ihnen nicht helfen. Ich, (GJSch) Präsident von NADEUM, dachte, dass wir ihnen mit freiwilligen Lehrern aus Kobane in neu zu errichtenden Volksschulen helfen könnten. Unser Generalsekretär hatte seine Verbindungen zur UN spielen lassen. Wir hätten dafür Hilfsgelder bekommen können. Leider hat sich die Situation in Syrien und in der nördlichen Provinz “Rojava” so zugespitzt, dass auch hier an eine Weiterarbeit nicht zu denken war. Der IS-Staat stellte eine außerordentliche Herausforderung für das Bündnis dar. Unsere Erkenntnis war, dass die Kurden sich von der Allianz einen eigenen Staat erhofft hatten und leider, wie so oft in der Vergangenheit, nach getaner Arbeit schlichtweg betrogen wurden. Heute gibt es die ARK im Irak (Autonome Region Kurdistan).
Was sich zum Ende des Jahres ereignete veränderte die gesamte Menschheit. Im Dezember wurde seitens der WHO schon einiges an alle Staaten verlautbart, aber leider vermeinten etliche Staaten, dass dies sie nicht betreffen würde. In China hatte sich eine Krankheit ausgebreitet, die China vermeinte selbst handeln zu können. Da sich in dieser Zeit die USA aus der WHO verabschiedeten und China hier mit höheren Zuwendungen Tonangebend wurde, ist diese Krankheit bis 2020 verheimlicht worden. Ab Februar 2020 bis Anfang 2022 steht die Welt der Menschheit still. Viele Menschen glauben, dass dies mit Absicht geschieht, um ihnen ihre Freiheit zu nehmen. Die konservativen Kräfte insbesondere die rechts gewandten gewinnen seit damals immer mehr an Boden. Denn viele Menschen sind, ob der vielen Ereignisse total überfordert. Anfang 2022 dröhnt die Gefahr eines Krieges herauf, der von vielen Staatsveranrwortlichen in der EU negiert wird. Effekt, Putin fühlt sich ermuntert und greift die UKRAINE am 24.Februar 2022 an. Ab diesem Zeitpunkt wird klar, so wie es einmal war, wird es nie mehr. Was machen wir, NADEUM? NADEUM und GAFÉIAS überlegen, wie wir unseren Beitrag zu einer Zivilisation 1.0 ermöglichen können.
Ende 2021 reifte bei NADEUM die Idee, das europäische Erfolgsmodell ERASMUS auch in Afrika bekannt zu machen. Im Gespräch mit einigen Studenten wurde NADEUM bewusst, dass ERASMUS von allen EU-Mitgliedsstaaten und der Wirtschaft immer mehr angenommen wird. In Deutschland gab es sogar ein Lehrlingsaustauschprogramm mit einigen afrikanischen Staaten. Nach anfänglichen Erfolgen machte sich bei unseren Nachbarn Ernüchterung breit. Viele afrikanische Eliten sahen in dem Programm eine Geldmaschine. Deutschland stoppte das Programm und stellte es schließlich ganz ein. Das war die Geburtsstunde von ERASMUS+. Im Jahr 2021 einigten sich fast alle EU-Mitgliedstaaten darauf, ERASMUS+ ins Leben zu rufen. Es entstand aus dem Langzeitprojekt ERASMUS, das es seit 1987 gab. Als ich mir dieses Projekt ansah, wurde mir klar, dass dieses Projekt auch in Afrika eine Zukunft hat. Durch Gespräche mit einigen Afrikanern wurde mir klar, dass durch dieses Projekt, afrikanische Handwerker an Wert gewinnen würden. Also nicht nur Studenten aller Geschlechter, sondern auch Fachhandwerker. Das Projekt P004 reifte Anfang 2022. ACAPMUSSC war geboren.
In 2019, it can be said that some projects within NADEUM had to be reconsidered and even put on ice. The idea of getting the Kurds on board failed due to the reluctance of the Kurds themselves. We had ideas that the responsible Kurds in Vienna probably thought we couldn’t help them with. I, (GJSch) President of NADEUM, thought we could help them with volunteer teachers from Kobane in new primary schools that were to be built. Our Secretary General had used his connections to the UN. We could have received aid money for this. Unfortunately, the situation in Syria and in the northern province of Rojava has deteriorated to such an extent that further work was out of the question. The IS state posed an extraordinary challenge for the alliance. Our realisation was that the Kurds had hoped for their own state from the alliance and unfortunately, as so often in the past, were simply betrayed once the work was done. Today there is the ARK in Iraq (Autonomous Region of Kurdistan).
What happened towards the end of the year changed the whole of humanity. The WHO had already informed all countries in December, but unfortunately many countries thought that it would not affect them. A disease had spread in China that China thought it could fight itself. As the USA withdrew from the WHO during this time and China set the tone here with higher contributions, this disease was covered up until 2020. From February 2020 until the beginning of 2022, the world of humanity came to a standstill. Many people believe that this is being done deliberately to deprive them of their freedom. Conservative forces, especially those on the right, have been gaining more and more ground since then. This is because many people are completely overwhelmed by the events. At the beginning of 2022, the threat of war is conjured up, which is denied by many leaders in the EU. The result: Putin feels emboldened and attacks UKRAINE on 24 February 2022. From this point on, it is clear that things will never be the same again. What do we do, NADEUM? NADEUM and GAFÉIAS are considering how we can make our contribution to civilisation 1.0.
At the end of 2021, NADEUM came up with the idea of publicising the successful European ERASMUS model in Africa. In discussions with some students, NADEUM realised that ERASMUS is being increasingly accepted by all EU member states and the business community. In Germany, there was even an apprentice exchange programme with some African countries. After initial successes, disillusionment spread among our neighbours. Many African elites saw the programme as a money-making machine. Germany stopped the programme and eventually discontinued it altogether. That was the birth of ERASMUS+. In 2021, almost all EU member states agreed to launch ERASMUS+. It emerged from the long-term ERASMUS project that had existed since 1987. When I looked at this project, I realised that this project also has a future in Africa. Through conversations with some Africans, I realised that this project would increase the value of African craftspeople. So not only students of all genders, but also skilled craftsmen. The P004 project matured in early 2022 and ACAPMUSSC was born.
2018
Im August 2018 fand eine außerordentliche Vorstandssitzung in der Hermesvilla im Lainzer Tierpark statt. Mein damaliger Kassier sowie der damalige Schriftführer sahen für sich keine Perspektive im NADEUM. So trennten sich unsere Wege und NADEUM brauchte zumindest einen Schriftführer oder eine Schriftführerin. Unser damaliger Berater und auch Kooperationspartner, der uns in Sachen übergeordneter Netzwerke immer beraten hat, meinte, er würde gerne die Funktion des Schriftführers übernehmen. Philipp und ich (Georg – Josef) fanden die Idee einmalig. So wurde unser NGO-Berater der neue Schriftführer. Da er aber gewohnt war mit internationalen Institutionen zusammenzuarbeiten, wollte er in Zukunft als Generalsekretär angesprochen werden. So konnte NADEUM weiter bestehen.
In August 2018, an extraordinary board meeting was held at the Hermesvilla in the Lainzer Tierpark. My then treasurer and the then secretary saw no prospects for themselves at NADEUM. So we parted ways and NADEUM needed at least a secretary. Our advisor and co-operation partner at the time, who had always advised us on higher-level networks, said he would be happy to take on the role of secretary. Philipp and I (Georg – Josef) thought it was a unique idea. So our NGO advisor became the new secretary. However, as he was used to working with international institutions, he wanted to be addressed as Secretary General in future. This meant that NADEUM could continue to exist.
2017
Im Jahr 2017 entstand zwischen Nigeria und Österreich die Idee eines gegenseitigen Austauschsemesters für Schülerinnen und Schüler ab 16 Jahren, um den Jugendlichen beider Länder neue Perspektiven und Kulturen durch eine angemessene, sichere und leistbare Unterbringung näher zu bringen. Leider spielte, wie so oft in den letzten Jahren des 21. Jahrhunderts, die Politik nicht mit.
Die Erwartungen unsererseits waren zu hoch und zu naiv. Wir mussten erkennen, dass, nachdem eine Schulklasse, die mit ihren Lehrern einen einwöchigen Schullandheimaufenthalt auf Zypern absolvierte, die Möglichkeit ihrer Unzufriedenheit oder auch nur Übermut und Unwissenheit, was sie durch ihre Postings im Internet anrichten können, zum sofortigen Abbruch dieses Unternehmens führte.
Somit war für uns klar, dass NADEUM und sein Projekt P004 nur mit Studenten funktionieren kann oder Handwerker, die volljährig sind und eigenverantwortlich handeln können. (Frauen wie Männer)
In 2017, Nigeria and Austria came up with the idea of a reciprocal exchange semester for pupils aged 16 and over in order to introduce young people from both countries to new perspectives and cultures through appropriate, safe and affordable accommodation. Unfortunately, as so often in the last few years of the 21st century, politics did not play along.
Our expectations were too high and too naive. We had to realise that, after a school class had spent a week with their teachers in a school hostel in Cyprus, the possibility of their dissatisfaction, or even just exuberance and ignorance of what they could do by posting on the Internet, led to the immediate abandonment of this venture.
It was therefore clear to us that NADEUM and its P004 project could only work with students or craftspeople who are of legal age and can act independently. (Women as well as men)
2016
2016 war ein Nigerianer, Herr Chukuwere Blessing COO, für das Projekt “Studenten im Wissens- und Kulturaustausch zwischen Afrika und Österreich” verantwortlich.
Die Idee entstand, weil Philipp, mein Neffe und Vizepräsident, diese Idee zwischen Guatemala und Österreich 2015 aufbauen wollte. Er war in den Jahren 2013 / 2014 Zivildiener. Dies wurde durch den österreichischen Staat ermöglicht. Wir, das heißt NADEUM, hatten bereits Kontakt mit der österreichischen deutschsprachigen Schule und einer deutschen Privatschule in Guatemala aufgenommen. Leider hatte das Militär geputscht. Somit war die Sicherheit für die Schülerinnen und Schüler nicht mehr gegeben. Das Projekt wurde auf Eis gelegt.
Unser COO aus Nigeria fand Philipps Idee hervorragend. Er meinte, das könnten wir, also NADEUM und er, zwischen den Staaten Afrikas, insbesondere Nigeria, und Europa, insbesondere Österreich, initiieren. Durch ihn haben wir Afrika besser kennen gelernt. Die Art und Weise, wie die meisten Afrikaner an Dinge herangehen, ist ganz anders als bei uns Europäern. Ich glaube, da sind auch unsere Vorfahren nicht unschuldig. Und auch alle Hilfsorganisationen. Die Afrikaner glauben fest daran, dass wir geben müssen. Zumindest war das bis zur Pandemie die allgemeine Meinung. Eigeninitiative findet nur dann statt, wenn sie von niemandem unterstützt wird. Das ist kein Pauschalurteil, nur wir von NADEUM haben diese Erfahrung gemacht. Auch der Zeitbegriff, wann man sich trifft, ist dehnbar. Aber sicher gibt es, wie überall, auch viele Afrikanerinnen und Afrikaner, die hervorragende Arbeit leisten. Diese kulturellen Unterschiede sollten uns nicht trennen, sondern ermutigen, uns besser kennen zu lernen. Um im Alltag besser mit gegenseitigen Missverständnissen und Unterschieden umgehen zu können.
Die Zukunft kann beiden gehören. Afrika wie Europa.
In 2016, a Nigerian, Mr Chukuwere Blessing COO, was responsible for the project “Students in Knowledge and Cultural Exchange between Africa and Austria”.
The idea came about because Philipp, my nephew and Vice President, wanted to set up this idea between Guatemala and Austria in 2015. He was a civilian servant in 2013 / 2014. This was made possible by the Austrian government. We, that is NADEUM, had already made contact with the Austrian German-language school and a German public school in Guatemala. Unfortunately, the military had staged a coup. This meant that the pupils were no longer safe. The project was put on hold.
Our COO from Nigeria thought Philipp’s idea was excellent. He thought that we, that is NADEUM and he, could initiate this between the countries of Africa, especially Nigeria, and Europe, especially Austria. We got to know Africa better through him. The way most Africans approach things is very different to us Europeans. I don’t think our ancestors are innocent here either. And also all the aid organisations. Africans firmly believe that we have to give. At least that was the general opinion until the pandemic. Personal initiative only takes place when it is not supported by anyone. This is not a blanket judgement, only we at NADEUM have made this experience. The concept of when people meet is also flexible. But there are certainly many Africans who do excellent work, just like everywhere else. These cultural differences should not divide us, but rather encourage us to get to know each other better. So that we can better deal with mutual misunderstandings and differences in everyday life.
The future can belong to both. Africa and Europe.
